The Black Ceder is a standard 3 bay garage design. A high pitch 10/12 or 12/12 allows the weather to shed easily.  Intended for parking only with minimal storage capacity available in the remaining lower level space. A stair access to the upper level is perfect for storage, an office, or a studio. "Dog House" style dormers are presented, centered on the front face. The Eave Face is presented above the garage doors in this design. The 3 Bay Garage Plans include a material list and a material calculations guide to assist with Estimation.
